Introduction:
TJ12/40A-L wheel type oil workover rig is a kind of efficient, stable short wheel track new oil well workover equipment developed on the basis of XJ40 workover rig and TJ12 tractor hoist. Its front and rear driving bridges adopt pneumatic braking and air cut spring parking, which is much suitable for narrow oilfield market roads and operation sites in the west.
The machine adopts the design of forward type derrick, and eliminates the inconvenience of backing-up of traditional workover rig, possessing the advantages of good passing and cross-country performance, simple structure, convenient use, high efficiency and advanced comprehensive performance, suitable for small and medium repair projects of horizontal emission of oil, gas and water well oil tubes.
According to the requirement of users, it can be equipped with HX-36D-0.7 electric heating steam boiler, which is used for the wax removal and cleanout of oil tubes as well as the heating and cleaning of equipments and tools in oil well workover site. In plain area, it can realize other functions, like cleanout and pressure test, after equipped with vehicular ram pump according to the requirement of users, becoming a multi-purpose workover equipment.
