ZQ203/100 drill pipe power tong is widely used for drill pipe operation of petroleum drill well. Its features are as following.

1.The tongs head is open type, can disconnect drill pipe freely and has strong mobility.

2.The tongs integrate rotary-buckling tongs and torque tongs into the whole,two gears change speed gently.

3.It adopts hydraulic motor drive mood and compressed air control, safe and easy to handle.

4.It has automatic centring and clamping mechanism, guarantee the chucking and reliability of new and old drill rod joints.

5. It has simple and flexible tongs head floating plan, wellmouth is available to be installed.

6.The wellmouth delivery uses a cylinder, and there is no need to use people to push and pull large tongs.

7.The restoration is available, it shifts quickly and reliabely from buckling to buckle off.

8.Torque and speed is adjustable, forward and backward direction can produce maximum torque and speed.
