STRS series high frequency vibrating screen is made up of screen mesh, support frame, vibrating motor or electromagnetic vibrator. Screen mesh, made up of high intensity nylon fiber, is reliable and wear-resisting. Electromagnetic vibrator uses the theory of half-wave rectification, has strong vibrating force and feeds evenly, able to realize the separation of crude and fine materials. The grade of fine powder can be improved 3-5 points after using the device. Users can make specification and size according his own mineral grade and handling capacity. When vibrating screen works, motor produces vertical excited force to make screen body drive sieve plate to vibrate and then finish screening operation. The machine is mainly used for the screening of small materials or under intermission working condition.
